This weeks work 💙😂

Hello Cadets!
So this might be my last blog post ever :<, Anyway...lately we have been doing some cool activities like making our own superheroes, I tried so hard:'>
His name is Meerkat, he's a hero and his backstory is this (One-day Meerkat was out on a walk and found a hat, he put the hat on and WOowOw he became super smart and knew everything ) I love it so much:''').

I also made another thing this week which was a movie review but I did it on a tv show because I really wanted too :>

( I know I was supposed to do this on a movie but Idc )

Attack on titan~
The anime is technically about these things called Titans that eat... Humans,

they first appeared 100 years ago, the year in the anime is 850 so :>, the humans found safety behind the massive walls that stopped the titans in their track.

But the safety they have had for so long is then destroyed by the colossal

Titan, who smashes through the barriers, causing the titans to flood into the

town.

While that was happening the main character Eren Jaeger sees one of the

creatures devour his mother ( Spoiler: The titan that ate Eren’s mother is

actually, his stepmother and Eren ate his dad because Eren is a titan shifter

because his dad put a needle in him with something that made him a titan.

Spoiler Over :>), which leads him to vow that he will kill every Titan. 

His friends called Armin and Mikasa, join the survey corps with him to save

humanity.

The military is divided into three divisions:

The Scout Regiment ( survey corps ), which explores outside the human

territory and into the Titan territory, The Garrison Regiment, which patrols

and maintains the Walls, keeping Titans out and acting as the first to engage

the Titans if the gate is destroyed; and the Military police who stay behind

the walls and look after the king, and that Cadets which are people that are

training to be in the Military.

^Survey Corps, ^Military police, ^Garrison, ^Cadets.

What Regiment would you join? I would join the Survey corps even though I might die at least I would die happy because I got to see my favorite characters:'>

Btw if you hadn't noticed already I like anime and Attack on Titan is my favorite Anime...Anyway, I hope you have a good weekend! Bye~

My Amazing Hoildays!

 Hello Cadets! 

Today I will be talking about my holidays ( since I have nothing else to post... ), I am only going to tell you about the second week since the first week wasn't that exciting.

Well on Monday my cosplay wigs arrived, A Natsuki wig which is pink, and a Shigaraki wig which is a faded baby blue.

I cosplayed most of the week, and on Tuesday I found out attack on titan season 4 will be coming out on December the 7 this year!!!

That's what some of the characters look like in the next season! They look amazing and I am very excited! 

Then on Friday Addison came over to my house and we made cupcakes! We went to the dairy and brought some apple juice and cookies, we started to watch an anime I hadn't watched but Addi had it was called Diabolik Lovers we took sips of our apple juice every time something happened like Yui ( the main character ) fell over or said no, or when they licked her ( The anime was very weird and we laughed so hard on the first episode ), we made a lot of rules of when we had to take a sip.

We got up to the fifth episode of the second season, I found this adorable purple-haired vampire ( it was a vampire-themed anime ) cute and addi hates them so :<.

Those are all the characters, I like every one of them except, Ayato and Yuma, we also watched all of harry potter which was fun, and we also watched Chicago and went to Addis house and watched Hamilton.

She stayed at my house for two nights! Also during the holidays, I played this game called Mystic Messenger, it's super cool and I got a bad route for Yoosung first go :<There names are Seven, V, Jaehee, Zen, Yoosung, Jumin, and MC.

Ramen Rockets Rocket Review

George the Donkey

For Inquiry this term we have been learning about space! We got into groups of four and got started on our project, the members in my group are, Tamzin, Jayde, and Nikita, Tamzin being the Leader, first, we had to make a logo for our group this was ours.

 

Our group's name is Ramen ( suggested by yours truly ), next, we came up with places in our group

And this is what those places meant!

Designer

(A Rocket Designer determines where to go, and the special requirement that a certain rocket ship is requiring. They make the color decisions, layout decisions and they hold the details of the engines, equipment, and the materials needed to pass on to the materials engineer, electrical engineer, computer engineer, etc..)

Materials engineer

(A Materials Engineer gets a hold of the materials and equipment required for the rocket and helps create all the items. They tend to have a copy of the blueprints and know where to find what. They are a big part of the design process as well.)

Mission control

(A mission control center MCC, sometimes called a flight control center or operations center, is a facility that manages space flights, usually from the point of launch until landing or the end of the mission.)

Computer engineer

(Computer hardware engineers research, develop, and test computer systems and components such as circuit boards.)

Electrical engineer

(Determine the risks due to solar storms, International Space Station and crews, and make recommendations that would ensure the safety of the shuttle, and crews.)

Mechanical engineer

(Design, develop, build, and test mechanical and thermal sensors and devices including tools, engines, and machines. )

Biologist

(A biologist is a scientist who studies living organisms. Studying life can mean many different things and be very complex. Biology research can focus on how an organism came to exist, how it is built, how it grows, how it functions, what it does, or where it lives.)

Astronomer

(studies celestial objects and phenomena. Objects of interest include planets, moons, stars, nebulae, galaxies, and comets.)

And lastly, we did a Parachute test! We made two Parachutes one of them had 1 square shape with 6 strings attached and tide in the model to make stronger and the second Parachute had 2 rectangles 8 strings and 2 layers for extra support!

The slowest Parachute was the winner, our slowest time was 2.85 seconds, we didn't win though, but we still had fun!

Btw this week is book week and the character I am doing to dress up as is a student from My Hero Academia which is a manga and Manga is Literature, so its book, Anyway, has a FANTASTIC week, bye!

NASA home and Cities!

How were your holidays? Mine was good, I got my hair cut and I also went to armageddon which was really fun, but anyway before I get distracted I will tell you what we have been doing for Inquiry, we have been learning about space and NASA.

We have been doing a tic tac toe about space and NASA and one of the activities let us go on a Website that shows us about space, here is my slide!

The Beautiful Aurora Lights

Its the last day of the term, which means the last blog post of the term :<. But do not worry after two weeks I will be back :>. Anyway, we have been learning about Auroras, an aurora is a natural light display in the sky, usually of greenish color but sometimes red or blue.

This usually occurs in areas known as the 'auroral zone' near the poles of the Arctic in the north and Antarctic in the south.

In Southern hemisphere latitudes, the effect is known as the aurora australis (or the Southern Lights).

Auroras are associated with the solar winds that flow past Earth. These winds flow out from the Sun and contain plasma particles (ionized gas) that get pulled into the Earth's magnetic pole fields.

As they accelerate towards the Earth, collisions occur between these ion particles and nitrogen and oxygen atoms in our atmosphere, releasing energy in the form of amazing aurora lights.  

We made art related to the Aurora Lights, here is mine.

Matariki Animal Art!

Every Friday we do Maori Learning, and recently we have been doing it about Matariki. We have been doing art about it and we were given different options of what our art could be, one of the options was to make the stars into animals representing what each star means. I did it with Charleyse and Jayde, check out their blogs! Anyway here is what it ended up to be.

The Owl represents Matariki, the Eyes of Tawhirimatea.

The Cat represents Waita, Sprinkle.

The Donkey represents, Tupu-a-Nuku, Earth tohunga

The Fantail represents, Waipuna-a-rangi, Sky spring

The eagle represents, Tupu-a-rangi, Sky tohunga

The wolf represents, Ururangi, Entry to the heavens

And the Jellyfish represents, Waiti, Sweet water

A Scary Horror Intro!

Hello Fellow Bloggers!

For Literacy, we have been focusing on the genre, Horror. We made Horror Intros, so here is mine I hope it scares you :>

~I wake up and slowly look around my room, my vision is blurry so I rub my eyes.

I try to look at my clock, the time reads ‘2:46 am’, I lie back down, “why have I been waking up around this time lately?” I say quietly.

I tuck back down into my sheets and try to get comfy, as I try to get to sleep the room gets colder.

I quickly turn my head around feeling a presence behind me, but all I see is the darkness of my room.

I tuck my feet up to my stomach feeling a bit nervous, I try to go to sleep but I can't.

I feel really tried but I still can’t get to sleep, I decide to get up and go get a glass of water.

I get out of bed and walk out of my room, as I walk into the kitchen everything is dark, darker than usual.

I turn on the light and pour myself a glass of water. As I walk back to my room, I stop walking.

I feel empty like all my feelings and emotions just left my body, I want to look around me but my body won't move,

I feel a hand wrap around my mouth and another put a knife to my throat, “Don’t move” I hear a deep voice say from behind me.~

The Crazy Situational Irony Comic 😜

Lately, we have been learning about Irony, Situational Irony, Dramatic Irony, and Verbal Irony. We made comics about Irony and could choose what type we did, I did Situational Irony, I did it will my friends Charleyse and Nikita, here it is.

Amazing Koru Art!

Hello Fellow Bloggers,

Lately, we have been doing Koru Art on Fridays! The First thing we did was an art piece were we drew a koru and then color it with pastals, and then we dyed it, then let it dry, this is how my one turned out.

I hope you like it! I certainly do, and it only took me a day! The other Koru art we did was this bone craving but we made it out of clay. First, you had to write down three ideas of what you want your Koru art to look like, they all had to have a meaning, then you had to choose what one you liked most, then you used the clay to make your final design, and then you let it dry, this is how mine turned out, I do think it could have looked better but I still like it a lot!

Interior and exterior angles everywhere!

Hello Fellow Bloggers, For maths we have been working on angles and shapes, the first picture is about interior and exterior angles, I think I did it right I am not completely sure but I think I did them all right! I am not really sure how to explain it but I will try my best, so say you have 11cm, 7cm, and 8cm you have to add them up and find the degree for all the shapes!

This Second picture was about shapes, we had to cut out the shapes and make triangles inside of them, but as less as we could, then we had to count up the triangles and the sides of each shape, after that we had to find the degree of all the shapes, like 180' and 360'! 

This next picture is a drawing of a pentagon, we had to draw a pentagon from a video our maths teacher gave us ( Mrs. Davies ) and follow all the steps they told us to use to make a pentagon and here is mine.

The Wizard of Of Oz and Angles for days!!!

Hello Fellow Bloggers!

I hope you guys are enjoying being back at school, I am I really missed my friends and teachers and I am happy to be back and see them! Anyway, For Literacy, we are making sites about The Wizard Of Oz, we had to pick three characters from the movie and write about them, I picked, The Lion, The Tin Man and Glinda the Good Witch. We also have been doing conspiracy theories about the wizard of oz like some of us made a conspiracy theory that Glinda isn't the good witch shes the bad witch, I don't know what picture I would put on my blog about that since we didn't write down our conspiracy theories and I cant show a picture of my site yet because I haven't wrote anything yet so I will just put a picture up of the wizard of oz.

For Maths we have been learning about locations and directions, we are also learning about acute angles, obtuse angles, right angles, and reflex angles. Heres an example of what we have been doing below...

A Brilliant Bedroom and Jean the horse!

Hello Fellow Bloggers! The first activity I did today was my tech activity, the activity was called Brilliant Bedrooms and you could make a dream bedroom either out of cardboard, paper, or lego or you could just draw it and that's what I did. I did it from a bird's-eye view and I didn't fill in the shelves and you cant see what's on the posters but I will tell you one word what might be on them...Anime. Anyway, this is what my dream bedroom would look like!

As you can see I like beanbags, way too much. If you are wondering why there are pillows around the door... it's for safety ( Most of this includes anime btw. )  Anyway, the second activity I did was called living on the back of an animal, they gave us some questions and asked us to watch a short film where a girl lived on top of a whale, they also asked us to draw an animal with a house on top and what animal you would live on top of, first I am going to answer the questions they gave us! Yes I do think it's possible to live on top of an animal but it would have to be a very big animal, now if I had to live on top of an animal I would choose a horse because of 1. There is room on a horse's back for a big patch of grass and a house 2. Horses are very fast so it would be fast to get to places like the supermarket in 5 minutes! I named it Jean ( More anime :> )  

In my house I would have 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and 1 living room, I would also have a laundry room and a dining room which would be connected to the bathroom and the kitchen, I think I would live there on my own and my social needs wouldn't go down because I can make friends with the objects around my house. The horse is on top of a cloud by the way, if you were wondering. Anyway, I hope you have a good Friday and a Fantastic weekend, school starts again on Monday (YAY) bye!

The Wizard Of Oz Similarities!

Hello Fellow Bloggers, Today we did the differences between the book and the movie for The Wizard Of Oz, we had to write three things that are similar and three things that aren't, here is what I did.

I am sure there are plenty more differences between the movie and the book but we only had to do three, we got to watch the movie the other day and it was really fun! Anyway, bye have a nice day!

The Obstacle Race!

Hello Fellow Bloggers, the second activity for Funday Fridays was the tech activity we made an obstacle race and my one went great, you had too go across the pillows into the cold buckets and get the mug and empty your bucket and empty the water from your bucket into the other person's bucket after your bucket is empty you go onto the mat and grab the rope and jump over it 3 times after that you grab the ball and threw it into the bucket and then you win, here's a photo of it.

We tried it out ourselves and it was so much fun, we got water everywhere, I did the obstacle race with my mother and at the end, because I won my mother got her bucket of water and threw it over me since it wasn't completely empty then she got my bucket and threw it over me... I got drenched, it was a lot of fun, anyway bye have a nice day!

Funday Friday Activites!

Boredom Buster Activity!

Hello Fellow Bloggers, for one of our Friday Funday activities we got something from our tech teachers and we were given some activities, one of them was called Boredom Buster and I decided to do that one, we had to make a board game, and I came up with a really cool idea, It took me an hour and 30 minutes but it was worth it, I call it the neighborhood breakdown! 

It requires three players and to win you have to finish 3 quests and then make your way to the house when you get there you win, but to enter the house you have to get a six or a three on the dice if you don't you have to move back as many spaces that the number shows so if you got a 4 then you move back 4 spaces, anyway have a nice day bye. 

Create a made up animal Challenge!

Hello Fellow Bloggers, so for our Friday Funday activities we were given activity were we could make up a made-up animal and draw it, so I did that activity and I put together my 3 animals 2 of them are my favorite animals, I put together a sloth and a unicorn and a red panda and it's so cute! 

Hopefully, you can see that the arms and legs are like a sloth and it has a unicorn horn and it also looks like a red panda, I call it a Unipandath I don't know it sounds funny though, it likes to relax in like poppy fields when the suns out and it's slow like a sloth and like its rare to find and it likes trees, It's really cute, anyway have a nice weekend bye.  

Friday Funday Activities! 😜

Yay, its Friday, today we had to do 2 activities, these were them, the first one is for Anzac day its 2 best friends that go into war and then one of them gets killed, the second one is characters and you have to guess who they are/ what anime they come from.

Similarities for The Wizard of Oz!

For Online Learning today for Literacy we did Similarities for the Wizard of Oz, Here is my one I thought Wizard of Oz was most connected to Alice in Wonderland and Narnia.

As you can see I think Alice in Wonderland is more connected to The Wizard of Oz because I had more ideas for it, the one I did for Narnia (They both have some odd creatures like talking animals or things that usually don't talk like scarecrows) can also be used for Alice in Wonderland because they also have talking animals like the Cheshire cat, but I hope you like it, have a nice day Bye.

My Amazing Canva Book cover!

Hello Fellow bloggers, today I made a book cover front and back for school we are doing some activities from home and I made this today after I finished it I kinda wanted to read it myself, I am really happy with my work!

 This is the front cover, it took me a while to chose what it should be called but after a while, it finally found the name (if you have watched attack on titan or know me well you will know who Levi is, btw attack on titan is an anime)

My special Sestina

Hello fellow bloggers, for literacy we Learned how to write a Sestina poem, this is how it works:
You write six sentences, with six words in each sentence,
